Nourhan Eltoukhi

SHORT BIOGRAPHY
Nourhan Eltoukhi is an Egyptian multidisciplinary artist, writer and
integrative psychotherapist whose practice explores transformation,
embodiment and what it means to remain fully alive through change.
Working across painting, photography, writing, movement and
performance, she creates spaces for people to feel, express, connect,
imagine and become. Her visual practice, Soulful by N®, has been
presented internationally.

ARTIST STATEMENT
My work begins where language becomes insufficient. Through expressive
abstraction, figurative presence, colour and intuitive mark-making, I
explore emotional memory, embodiment, transformation and the inner
landscapes we carry. I understand art as a living medicine: not a
promise to erase difficulty, but a place where darkness, beauty,
uncertainty and aliveness can coexist. Each work invites the viewer to
return to sensation, imagination and the freedom to become.
